BATANGAS CITY – The Department of Environment and Natural Resources - Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (DENR PENRO)- Batangas, conducted a Youth Conference for 4H Cub Sto. Tomas City Federation last September 15, 2023 to involve them in environmental protection and conservation through information, education and communication (IEC) activities.
 
Discussed in the said conference were the DENR programs and services; and, the current state of country's environment and natural resources. The activity encouraged the youth to be united in valuing, protecting, promoting, and conserving the environment and natural resources for the present and future generations.
 
The said activity was facilitated by Principal Youth Desk Officer Ma. Trisha Castro, GAD Focal Assistant Joshua D. Parsaso and Database Management Officer Ferwin John Panganiban of DENR-PENRO Batangas who also acted as resource speakers.
