RLTA is a program designed to systematically assess and profile a city or municipality in terms of land status, subdivision, ownership, and other relevant indicators which aims to give an actual figure of how many lots are readily available and workable for titling.

The speakers for the said event were LPDD representative, LMO II Elizabeth Tan, CENRO representatives, LMO III/ Chief, Regulation Permitting Section (RPS), LMO I Sherley Comia, and LMO I Jo Bernas.

Present in the event are 60 individuals including Municipal Mayor Pong Mercado, MPDC, MENRO, Engineering Office, DepEd, the 42 Barangay Captains or representatives, Farmer’s Association and other staff from LGU and CENRO Calaca.
