Pursuant to the Presidential Proclamation No. 1172 declaring November 25 to December 12, 2023 of every year as the “18- Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women” (VAW) with the goal of protecting the human rights of women, with this year’s campaign theme “ UNITEd for a VAW-free Philippines” CENRO Calaca as facilitated by Gender and Development (GAD) Focal, Ms. Juvy H. Reytiran participated in the 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women (VAW).

Reytiran presented different END VAW activities such as displaying of official Digital Banner on TV Screen, using of All-Women Cast Lupang Hinirang Video, using VAW campaign’s Facebook frame and, wearing orange clothes labeled as “We wear Orange on Monday” during Monday Flag raising ceremony to all the staff and personnel of CENRO Calaca.

This campaign seeks to highlight the powerful impact of harnessing and consolidating individual efforts towards the goal of having a VAW-free Philippines. ###
