The Department of Environment and Natural Resources CALABARZON and the Local Government Unit (LGU) of  Patnanungan, Quezon entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) and Memorandum of Partnership Agreement (MOPA) for the implementation of Forest Land Use Planning and Rapid Land Tenurial Assessment (RLTA). The ceremonial signing was held on November 6, 2023, at DENR CALABARZON Conference Hall, Brgy. Mayapa, Calamba City, Laguna. 

The  Agreements was signed by DENR CALABARZON Regional Executive Director Nilo B. Tamoria and Patnanungan Municipal Mayor Marie Claire Natividad. In addition, Assistant Regional Directors for Technical and Management Services, Jose Elmer C. Bascos and Ronita A. Unlayao, respectively witnessed the event, along with the In-Charge Provincial ENR Officer Julieta Narte of Quezon, Community ENR Officer Oliver O. Olivo of Real, Quezon; Licenses Patents and Deeds Division Chief Engr. Olivia G. Bejo; Conservation and Development Division Chief Atty. Carolane P. Gonzales; Legal Division Chief Atty. Dominic O. Bermudez; Regional Strategic Communication and Initiatives Group Chief Judaline A. Fabro, Chief of Staff Victor Ombajino; and selected staff from DENR Regional Office and CENRO Real.
