The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) in partnership with the Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. (PCDSI) conducted coastal clean-up activity in Brgy. Talisay Calatagan, Batangas.

The activity is in line with the request of PCSDI for partnership with the DENR in implementing environmental projects through their noble project of ‘Green Life, Great Life” Tree/Mangrove planting and Coastal/Estero Clean-up Initiatives.

Around 40 participants joined the event composed of representatives from DENR Central Office, DENR CENRO Calaca, Samahan ng mga Nagkakaisang Mangingisda sa Barangay Talisay (SNMBT) people’s organization, and PCDSI members within Batangas Province. They have collected a total of 40 sacks of garbage on the conduct of the activity.
