To set the 2022-2030 communication objectives of DENR CALABARZON for Taal Volcano Protected Area and to produce and build a clear and comprehensive communication plan for its targeted stakeholders, a writeshop was conducted on August 4-5, 2022 at Hotel Dominique, Tagaytay City, Cavite. Prior to this activity, a Workshop for Taal Volcano Protected Landscape’s (TVPL) Communication Plan was also conducted.

The Communication Plan for TVPL will serve as a roadmap for getting objectives, messages, strategies, campaigns, other CEPA-related content delivered to all target audiences and achieving its vision – By 2030, the concept of “Tayo ang Kalikasan” is fully integrated, environmental and economic public awareness is increased, strong, effectively managed and secured community and stakeholders’ engagement for the conservation, protection, and management of TVPL.

The activity was participated by PENRO Noel M. Recillo, CENRO Allan Willard M. Estillore of CENRO Lipa City, CENRO Isagani Q. Amatorio of CENRO Calaca ; Officials from Region IV-CALABARZON – Planning and Management Division (PMD) and Regional Statistics Communications Initiative Group (RSCIG) ; Officials from PAMO-TVPL ; PENRO Batangas and Representative from University of Batangas (UB).
