PENRO Cavite conducts productivity enhancement for its employees

In the interest of the service and to stimulate the excitement of the personnel through teamwork activity which exemplifies in building camaraderie among the employees, the DENR PENRO Cavite steered a two-day Productivity Enhancement for Calendar Year 2022.

Both the Assistant Regional Director for Management Services Ronita A. Unlayao and Cavite PENR Officer Januel R. Peras emphasized the importance of the activity in building teamwork in the workplace.

The activity primarily aims to ensure self-development, positive communication, leadership skills, and ability to work closely. With this, employees will be united carrying a common goal to generate greater productivity and quality public service.
