February 26, 2022 - Spearheaded by the Commission on Elections, the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and the Department of Public Works and Highways were part of the teams that went around the respective area of jurisdiction removing posters and campaign materials which are not allowed pursuant to Republic Act No. 3571, Presidential Decree No. 953, and COMELEC Resolution No. 10730.

Every able-bodied staff and personnel of DENR CENRO Lipa were deployed to each city and municipality to participate and provide assistance in the Oplan Baklas. In particular, CENRO personnel were tasked to determine violations in the posting of election campaign ads and paraphernalia on growing trees, shrubs and flowering plants.
