RLTA is a Local Government Partnership which aims to expedite the issuance of a land tenurial instrument, particularly, land patents.

The Program was first initiated in the towns of Carmona and Magallanes in the year 2019. After a year of respite due to the Pandemic, the undertaking is on its third town in Cavite which is in Mendez.

Signing of Memorandum of Partnership Agreement (MOPA) between DENR CALABARZON, PENRO Cavite and Local Government Unit of Mendez, Cavite for the full implementation of RLTA in the said Municipality was executed on June 28, 2021.

Signatories to the MOPA were Regional Executive Director Nilo B. Tamoria and Assistant Regional Director for Technical Services Alfredo C. Palencia of DENR CALABARZON Region as witnessed by PENR Officer Ronita A. Unlayao of the Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office-Cavite. On the other hand, the Local Government Unit of Mendez was represented by the Honorable Municipal Mayor Atty. Fredderick A. Vida as attested by Municipal Assessor Ms. Melinda S. Alegre.
