Los Baños, Laguna – The Manila Bay Site Coordinating Management Office – Laguna led by PENRO Eriberto B. Saños and its designated focal person headed the facilitation of the 1st Provincial Technical Working Group Clusters Meeting of the Mandamus Agencies held at the DENR Regional Extension Office on March 20, 2023.

The meeting was attended by different mandamus agencies such as Philippine Coast Guard, Department of Education (DepEd), Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), Laguna Lake Development Authority (LLDA), Environmental Management Bureau (EMB), Laguna Water District, School of Environmental Science and Management - University of the Philippines Los Baños (SESAM – UPLB), Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR), MENRO Pangil, MENRO Lumban, MENRO Los Baños, City ENRO Santa Rosa, City ENRO, Cabuyao, City ENRO San Pedro, and City ENRO Calamba.

The main agenda for the said clusters meeting is the presentation and discussion of the accomplishments and/or activities undertaken by the Mandamus Agencies in support of Manila Bay Rehabilitation, the issues and concerns in the implementation of their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); issues and concerns concerning Solid Waste Management, Liquid Waste Management, Informal Settler Families (ISFs) Management, and Habitat and Resources Management with the concerned Local Government Units (LGUs).
