Cavite PENR Officer Januel R. Peras together with the Chief of the Technical Services Division Reynaldo A. Belen and PAMO staff represented DENR PENRO Cavite during the change of command ceremony of the Marine Barracks Gregorio Lim headquarters in Ternate, Cavite on 07 March 2023. 

Said launching was graced and witnessed by Major General (MGEN) Charlton Sean M Gaerlan PN (M) who also served as the principal guest during the change of command ceremony between the outgoing head of Ternate Marine Barracks Headquarters Belinda C Ferrer-Alonto and the incoming head Artemio A Raymundo Jr. 

The outgoing headquarters’ head, LT COL Belinda Ferrer-Alonto was an active Protected Area Management Board (PAMB) Member representing the Marine Barracks, Gregorio Lim headquarters. She has been part of several environmental endeavors contributory to Mt. Pico De Loro’s protection and conservation. Her talent and skills were notable in attaining the targets and plans in The Mounts Palay-Palay–Mataas-na-Gulod Protected Landscape (MPPMNGPL). 

A warm welcome was given to the incoming head of Marine Barracks Gregorio Lim LT COL Artemio A Raymundo Jr., The DENR PENRO Cavite thru the PAMO is looking forward to a fruitful partnership and smooth work flow towards environmental protection and conservation.
