SAN FRANCISCO, QUEZON - On November 15, 2022, the Patrol Sector of San Francisco, Quezon together with the NGP personnel proceeded to Brgy. Inabuan to aid in the turn oever of one (1) hawk eagle (Nisaetus philippensis). Afterwards, the team immediately coordinated with the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO) and Municipal Agriculturist to check the condition of the wildlife.

Upon checking the condition of the hawk eagle, it was found out that the wildlife is in good condition weighing 750 grams and 18 inches’ wingspan. The Municipal Agriculturist then issued a certification to release the wildlife in Mulanay Watershed Forest Reserve (MWFR) in Sitio Abadilla I, Brgy. Cawayan II, San Francisco, Quezon.

Following the recommendation, the CENRO Catanauan released the said wildlife on November 15, 2022. ##
