CATANAUAN, QUEZON- CENRO Catanauan, Quezon through the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Program, initiates free laboratory and x-ray to all personnel from September 19-23, 2022.

The activity was conducted at the Diagnosticare Diagnostic Center, Brgy. Madulao, Catanauan, Quezon, which includes complete blood chemistry examination, hematology, urinalysis, and chest x-ray. Its objectives are to assess the overall health condition of CENRO Catanauan personnel to determine individual health issues for precautionary measures and keep them away from COVID-19. In addition, follow-up medical consultation shall be advised to personnel to ensure that everyone will perform their tasks and obligations very well, since most personnel are exposed to several risks especially during the conduct of fieldwork activities. Seventy-five (75) employees both permanent and job orders were accommodated free of charge.

Further, said activity is related to the CSC-DOH-DOLE Joint Memorandum Circular No. 01, Series of 2020, which established a set of OSH Standards for the Public Sector in order to safeguard all government workers from the risk of injury, illness, or death through the adoption of safe and healthy working conditions in order to guarantee the preservation of human life and the prevention of resource loss and property damage. ###
