The 21st Watershed Day Celebration in Infanta, Quezon with a theme “Tubig Kanlungan, Kailangan Pagyamanin sa Bagong Normal” for Kapihan Para sa Tubig Kanlungan at Fiesta Infanta Restaurant on July 20, 2021.

Community Environment and Natural Resources Officer Forester Oliver O. Olivo was invited as a resource speaker in the said event.

Highlights of the activity is the presentation of the results of Protected Area Suitability Assessment (PASA) conducted in Infanta Watershed Forest Reserve (IWFR) and the lecture on Expanded National Integrated Protected Areas System (ENIPAS) or the Republic Act No. 11038 of 2018.

Some participants of the said event are from Real, Quezon and Infanta, Quezon composed of Department of Environment and Natural Resources Office, Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office, Haribon Foundation, Sangguniang Barangays of Gumian, Magsaysay and Cawayan, Peoples Organizations and Private Sectors.

This activity aimed to enhance and share information about the legislation of the protected area and the contents of the RA No. 11038.
