Enhanced National Greening Program (ENGP) is a government priority program to rehabilitate and reforest the unproductive, denuded and degraded forest land to contribute to the development and enhancement of Socioeconomic standards of local communities.

Relative thereto, a Letter of Agreement (LOA) was made and entered into by the DENR-PENRO Batangas and Maangyo Fruit Bearing Planter on March 2, 2023, for the 3rd Year Maintenance and Protection activities conducted in CY 2021 ENGP Plantation Establishment covering 68 hectares Sitio Maangyo, Brgy. Butucan, Nasugbu, Batangas.

On August 1, 2023, the Provincial Environment and Natural Resources – Inspection and Acceptance Committee (PENRO-IAC) as per the report, conducted an inspection of the 8,000 agroforestry seedlings planted including the activities conducted such as ring weeding, brushing, patrolling as part of maintenance and protection activities. ##
