On March 28, 2023, PENRO Rizal conducted an awareness course on Environment Management Systems (EMS) or the ISO 14001:2015 at Sta. Cruz, Antipolo City.

The course was attended by 42 personnel from divisions, sections, and units of the office.

Engr. Maria Lea C. Sarabaia of the Assert Management Consultancy Services served as the resource agency of the program, with more than a decade of experience in the International Organization Standardization (ISO) Management System, which provides consultancy, auditing, and training.

The EMS course aimed to discuss the ISO 14001:2015 requirements, the application of management systems within the organization, plan and implement EMS standards, and conduct environmental aspects and impact assessments in the current management.##
