DENR CALABARZON, PENRO Laguna joins the Barangayanihan Caravan

Calamba City, Laguna – PENRO Laguna set up its booth in the Duterte Legacy: Barangayanihan Caravan towards National Recovery held in Camp Vicente Lim, Canlubang, Calamba City on 12 April 2022. Barangayanihan Caravan is a joint activity of the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) and the Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) which was initially launched in September 2021. PENRO Laguna together with DENR CALABARZON and MGB IV-A distributed Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials on its priority programs and projects. Likewise, seven hundred (700) assorted seedlings, the majority of which are indigenous and native species, were distributed during the said event.

The ‘Duterte Legacy: Barangayanihan Caravan is a collaboration with various government agencies and this campaign aims to inform the public about the government’s programs, policies, accomplishments, and efforts to bring about real change to the lives of the Filipino people by showcasing real stories from the beneficiaries in their respective localities of the administration’s landmark policies and programs.###
