PENRO Cavite conducted Salamat-Mabuhay program for the retirement of Park Maintenance Foreman Fely B. Guinday, in recognition of her dedication, valuable services, and contributions in the implementation of programs and activities of the said office.

PMF Guinday was previously assigned at the Protected Area Management Office (PAMO) of Mts. Palay-Palay, Mataas na Gulod Protected Landscape (MPPMNGPL), commonly known as Pico-de-Loro.
