Third Protected Area Management Board Executive Committee Meeting for Taal Volcano Protected Landscape conducted

BATANGAS CITY– Mayor Cinderella Reyes of the Municipality of Agoncillo, Batangas presided over the third regular Protected Area Management Board (PAMB) Executive Committee Meeting for Taal Volcano Protected Landscape (TVPL) on September 20, 2022, at the Modesto Memorial Cultural Center, Mabini Avenue, Brgy. 1, Tanauan, Batangas.

Among the highlights of the meeting are the discussions on the following: Report of the Research Council (RC); Project Development Committee (PDC; Result-Based 8-Year Communication Action Plan of TVPL; status of formulation of Unified Rules and Regulations for Land Use Resources (URRLR) within TVPL; status of TVPL’s turn-over ceremony on the donation of three (3) Arsenators to PAMO-TVPL; and accomplishment of PAMO-TVPL.

Further, the PAMB Executive Committee members approved the implementation of the Research Council, Project Development Committee and Result-Based 8-Year Communication Action Plan of TVPL.
