On March 03, 2022, DENR-PENRO Batangas headed by OIC, PENRO Noel Recillo, distributed IEC-Flyers and Seedlings in celebration of International Women’s Month at Plaza, Mabini, Batangas City. The said activity was conducted to highlight the empowerment of women as active contributors to and claimholders of development. Fifty (50) IEC materials in forms of flyers were distributed, together with fifty (50) pcs of Narra (Pterocarpus indicus) and fifty (50) pcs of Guyabano (Annona muricata), with a total of one-hundred seedlings in twenty-eight (28) Plaza bystanders, who are seventeen (17) males and eleven (11) females.
