Green Sea Turtle released in the coastal waters of Poblacion Dos

CENR Officer Joselito D. Barros and personnel from CENRO Calauag, Quezon, with the assistance of PNP Maritime 403RDC, carry one (1) green sea turtle before its release in the coastal waters of Brgy. Poblacion Dos, Calauag, Quezon on February 24, 2022. The said turtle was turned over by Mr. Wilson Gubia and Mr. Edmund Casabao, both residents of Brgy. Bangkuruhan, Calauag, Quezon, to the PNP Maritime 403RDC on February 23, 2022. Same sea turtle was found to be female with carapace length and width of 45 cm. and 40 cm., respectively. Moreover, a tag with serial number PH1823A was attached on its right fore flipper.
