The said training commences with an opening prayer and singing of the National Anthem and continues with an opening message from the Assistant Regional Director for Technical Services, Jose Elmer C. Then, the overview of the training was discussed by the course monitor from the OCD, Mr. Romnick Bueno, where he emphasized the importance of the training course and the crafting of each office Public Service Continuity Plan to minimize the possibility of disruption of the services.

Afterward, subsequent activities concerning the formulation of respective plans will be conducted by each office and will be submitted to the Office of Civil Defense for their information and later will be updated every year by the concerned offices. ###
