DENR CALABARZON Regional Executive Director Nilo B. Tamoria witnessed the awarding of the 40 M-worth of projects in Brgys. Lumutan and Pagsangahan, Gen. Nakar, Quezon by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) to the Provincial Government of Quezon on July 22, 2021.

DILG CALABARZON Regional Director Ariel Iglesia, DILG Quezon Provincial Director Darrel Dizon, Quezon Provincial Governor David C. Suarez, Gen. Nakar Municipal Mayor Eliseo Ruzol, Sr., and officials and representatives from other government agencies also graced the event.

The said activity was part of the Support to Barangay Program of the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC).

NTF-ELCAC is a task group created by the Government which "aims to implement an efficient mechanism and structure for the whole-of-nation approach to realize the aspiration of the Filipino people to attain inclusive and sustainable peace".###
