To respond to the challenges of the Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine, DENR CALABARZON Regional Executive Director Gilbert Gonzales assures the public that the Region continues to simplify systems for securing data while observing the skeleton workforce and other health and safety measures. The Region is providing access to services, by enabling submission of requests online.

A recent initiative by the Surveys and Mapping Division allows online requests for Survey Records from clienteles. The Survey Records are documents required for titling, as survey reference, tax declaration and other land transactions. Clienteles receive responses within 3 days, and as soon as the ECQ is lifted, the clienteles may secure the certified true copy.

According to Engineer Edgar Barraca, Chief of the Surveys and Mapping Division (SMD), they also accept online submission of digital copies of Survey Returns (SR). The submissions include the requirements for the processing of documents for titled property, complex subdivision, untitled cadastral survey, original survey, and resurvey of untitled property.

DENR CALABARZON will continue to improve its online services so that the public will have access to services while on MECQ. For SMD-related inquiries, you may send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . ###
