Bilang paggunita sa “Araw ng mga Puso” nitong nakaraang Pebrero 14, 2024, ang Rehiyonal na Punong Tagapagpaganap (Regional Executive Director) ng DENR CALABARZON na si G. Nilo B. Tamoria, CESO III ay nagbigay ng munting regalo sa lahat ng mga babaeng empleyado kasama ang mga utility personnel, at mga gwardya ng buong opisina. 

Sinorpresa ng direktor ang mga babae niyang kawani nang siya mismo ang nagpunta at namigay isa-isa ng mga rosas sa mga ito. 

Nabigyan din ng direktor ng rosas ang lahat ng mga babaeng kliyente ng opisinang naroon, nang araw na iyon.

Tunay ngang ang direktor ng DENR CALABARZON ay patuloy na isinasabuhay ang kanyang binitawang mensahe para sa kanyang mga nasasakupan nitong kamakailangang pasko lamang na, “Walang maiiwan, lahat kasama...” ###

Ninety-eight (98) employees of DENR CALABARZON had undergone urine strip tests to diagnose potential Urinary Tract Infections (UTI), and assess their cholesterol, sugar, and uric acid levels last February 13, 2024. Additionally, the health initiative included monitoring of employees' blood pressure levels and a consultation regarding the test results.

The health care mission was facilitated by the Diabetes Detection Medical Group Inc. in partnership with the DENR CALABARZON as part of the latter’s Health and Wellness Program,  at the DENR CALABARZON DENR Employees Union Office, Brgy. Mayapa, Calamba City, Laguna. ###

Eight newly promoted and appointed employees at the DENR – Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (PENRO) of Laguna and Community Environment and Natural Resources Offices (CENRO) of Sta. Cruz, Laguna and Tayabas, Quezon, take their Oath of Office on February 12, 2024 at the DENR CALABARZON Regional Office in Calamba, Laguna.
 
DENR CALABARZON Regional Executive Director Nilo B. Tamoria, CESO III led the oath-taking ceremony. Assistant Regional Director (ARD) for Management Services Ronita A. Unlayao, ARD for Technical Services Eriberto B. Saños, CESE, and Laguna Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Officer (PENRO) Venerando U. Garcia were also present to witness the event. ###

PENRO Quezon was celebrated for its excellence in addressing 8888 tickets throughout 2023. The said office ranked second among all PENROs in Luzon in terms of addressing the complaints and other concerns referred by the DENR action Center. It achieved an impressive combined compliance and resolution rate of 79.17% in handling 8888 Tickets, and secured the top position in the overall management of tickets filed before them for CY 2023.

PENRO Quezon Technical Services Division Chief Julieta P. Narte, SVEMS Janeth R. Salazar, and all 8888 focal persons at the PENRO and CENROs of Quezon were honored during the Monday Convocation of the DENR CALABARZON Regional Office. Consequently, the said 8888 focal persons were awarded with Certificates of Appreciation during a flag-raising ceremony at the PENR Office in Lucena City, in recognition of their invaluable contributions and cooperation that led to the success of PENRO Quezon in addressing concerns of the public. The said awarding was officiated by OIC, PENR Officer Cyril A. Coliflores, together with PENRO Management Services Division OIC, Ana Liza M. Amparo.

Said achievement was a testament of PENRO Quezon's dedication and the collaborative efforts and commitment of its CENROs to effectively work as a team.###

New CENR Officer, Real, Quezon and outgoing OIC-Chief, Technical Services Division (TSD) of DENR-PENRO Batangas, Atty. Liezl E. De Mesa passed her previous designation to the incoming OIC-Chief, For. Noime R. Mararac on January 2, 2024 in compliance with DENR CALABARZON Regional Special Order No. 2023-455 “Designation/Assignment of some DENR Officials in CALABARZON”. DENR-PENRO Batangas gave a token of appreciation to CENRO De Mesa in gratitude for her exemplary contribution to the office for the past seven and a half months. ###
