Laguna PENRO Eriberto B. Saños led the installation of signage informing the public that a portion of Lot 1415 or then Pansol Hotspring Resort located in Brgy. Pansol, Calamba City, Laguna is now under the control and management of PENRO Laguna, in accordance with Section 19 of Act 1120 or the Friar Lands Act of 1904. 

The signage explicitly prohibits unauthorized entry, trespassing, and/or intrusion in the area, with legal consequences awaiting perpetrators.

Prior to the actual installation, PENRO Saños together with Chief, Management Services Division Mailene M. Gecolea-Laviña coordinated with the Sangguniang Barangay of Pansol through its Barangay Chairperson Joel D. Martinez. The PENRO Laguna was assisted by two Barangay Public Safety Officers (BPSOs) in the installation. 

PENRO Laguna is exploring potential collaborative ventures with other agencies/private entities for the co-management and development of the said natural spring to preserve its beauty and inherent value for the benefit of all stakeholders.
