CASCADING OF WFP FOR CY 2023 TO DENR-CENRO LIPA CITY

On January 13, 2023, a meeting was spearheaded by DENR-PENRO Batangas to cascade the Work and Financial Plan (WFP) for CY 2023 to DENR-CENRO Lipa City. This is being conducted every first month of the year to link organization goals and performance measures to individual performance targets. The said meeting was attended by DENR-PENRO Batangas officials headed by PENR Officer Noel M. Recillo and DENR CENRO Lipa City officials headed by CENR Officer Allan Willard M. Estillore. The said meeting was held at the Conference Room of CENRO Lipa City.
