Key officials of DENR PENRO Cavite together with the Unit and Section Chiefs attended the 3rd Quarter Full-Time Delivery Unit (FDU) Meeting held at Hotel Monticello, Tagaytay City on 11 October 2022. It was also graced by the Chief of the Finance Division and In-Charge Assistant Regional Director for Management Services Mabel C. Grasparil together with other personnel from the Finance Division.  The meeting primarily aims to appraise the status of the Office’s Physical and Financial Performance for the said period as well as to discuss the issues, concerns, and catch-up plans to further develop, improve and reinforce the strategies and  quality of  service that the office provides to the public.

Cavite PENR Officer Januel R. Peras welcomed and expressed his gratitude for attending the event. 

Planning Officer III Noime R. Mararac, Chief of Planning and Management Section presented the status of the Physical Performance of the Office. She put emphasis on the programs, activities, and projects that had backlogs and urged the Section Chiefs/Unit Heads concerned to accomplish their targets on time to remain on the top spot of  the Regional Office’s performance ranking.  

Furthermore, Budget Officer Jocelyn G. Emelo and Accountant Joel V. Paderes discussed the office's financial performance during the same period. Budget Officer Emelo was overjoyed to inform that the office has the highest utilization rate among the provinces of CALABARZON Region for the month of September. Meanwhile, MSD Sazon discussed the status of procurement within the quarter. 

Several concerns and issues were also raised and settled during the meeting. Chief Technical Services Division Reynaldo A. Belen officially ended the meeting by extending his appreciation to everyone for a successful FDU meeting. Moreover, announcements and reminders which require immediate actions were likewise discussed in the meeting. Health and safety measures against COVID-19 were properly observed and practiced during the activity.
