The DENR PENRO Cavite thru the Manila Bay Site Coordinating Management Office (MBSCMO) Cavite held its 3rd Quarter Provincial Technical Working Group (PTWG) Meeting as a venue for the mandamus agencies to present their accomplishments contributory to Manila Bay Rehabilitation geared towards environmental protection and conservation. 

The meeting was attended by 81 members of the PTWG composed of the MENRO/City ENRO of the 23 towns of the Province & several partners and mandamus agencies which are also members of the PTWG. 

It was agreed during the meeting that the members of the mandamus agencies must submit their target plans and programs for the fourth quarter to MBSCMO Cavite. For the next meeting, the EMB IV-A was assigned to discuss the pollution load brought by liquid waste and pollution load reduction through solid waste management. Likewise, the PNP-MG was also requested to provide feedback and updates to PENRO Cavite through the MBSCMO regarding the course and action and immediate clearing operation of the two (2) identified SAPRA structures in Cavite City. Lastly, for the LGUs through their M/CENROs to identify the percentage in waste diversion and status of solid waste management implementation of their municipality/city using a form provided by MBSCMO Cavite. ####
