A Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) was inked between DENR CALABARZON and the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Tagaytay City for the resurvey and re-establishment the city boundary monuments of Tagaytay and to upgrade the Geographic Information System Aerial Photo of the City.

Funding for the execution of the project shall be shouldered by the LGU of Tagaytay City while technical assistance/support and approval of the land survey plan shall be facilitated by DENR CALABARZON.  

The MOA aims to ascertain the territorial jurisdiction of Tagaytay City and its adjacent cities and municipalities

Prior to the conduct of MOA signing, a City Resolution No. 2022 – 598 dated 25 July 2022 has been approved by the Sangguniang Panglungsod authorizing Hon. Mayor Abraham Tolentino to  enter into a MOA with the DENR for the execution of the said program. ###
