DENR PENRO Cavite initiated a meeting with the First International Ventures Corporation (FOIVC) pertaining to the excess area that was not covered in their approved Miscellaneous Lease Contract (MLC).

The consultation was presided by PENR Officer Januel R. Peras together with the Chief of the Regulation and Permitting Section Josefina B. Cabreira. PENRO Peras conveyed that one of the functions of DENR is to conduct monitoring and evaluation of all MLA within their area of jurisdictions. Upon the conduct of monitoring and validation as part of the regular activities of RPS, it was found out that there is an approximately 4.1 hectares not covered in their approved MLC. 

Moreover, several agreements and recommendations were presented to FOIVC to further support the findings and prepare relevant resolutions on the matter. ###
