The DENR-PENRO Batangas participated in the simultaneous Tree Planting Activity at Bucana, Nasugbu, Batangas. The event was participated by 80 individuals from DENR CENRO Calaca headed by CENRO Isagani Q. Amatorio, PENRO Batangas headed by PENRO Noel M. Recillo, Protected Area Management Office-Taal Volcano Protected Landscape (PAMO-TVPL) represented by APASu Jasmin Andaya, Local Government Unit of Barangay Bucana, Nasugbu, Batangas headed by Captain Leon R. Esguerra, Barangay residents and Youth Sector, and Philippine Statistics Authority CALABARZON. And were able to plant 300 Calophyllum inophyllum (Bitaog) seedlings within the 35-hectare NGP plantation on the said barangay.
