Fifteen (15) units of biogas digesters will be installed in Alfonso, Magallanes, Imus, and General Emilio Aguinaldo (GEA) in support of the Manila Bay Rehabilitation Program of DENR. The biogas digester project primarily aims to reduce water pollution from liquid wastes being discharged to a river system which  eventually drains to Manila Bay  coming from backyard livestock and poultry raisers. 

The units of Concrete Biogas Digester with Polyethylene Plastic Dome will be provided by INCA Philippines Incorporated by virtue of the approved contract that was signed between PENRO Cavite and INCA on 20 May 2022 at the Conference Room of PENRO Cavite, Brgy. Gregorio, Trece Martires City. 

The contract signing ceremony was led by OIC, PENR Officer Januel R. Peras together with Chief, TSD Reynaldo A. Belen and Budget Officer Joy Emelo on the side of PENRO Cavite. Meanwhile, INCA Philippines Inc., was represented by its Vice President for Sales Ms. Marietta F. Ele and Sales Manager Ms. Bianca P. Mangampo.
