St. Jude Multipurpose Cooperative, Coop Hotel and Event Center, Tayabas City, Quezon Province – DENR PENRO Quezon in coordination with Conservation and Development Division (CDD) Region IV-A For. Mailene M. Gecolea-Laviña and Assistant Division Chief, CDD and concurrent Chief of Protected Area Management and Biodiversity Conservation Section (PAMBCS) Region IV-A For. Salud M. Pangan facilitated the workshop on Identification and Designation of Management Zones of Target Protected Areas for Delineation.

The resource speakers are from Biodiversity Management Bureau (BMB), Mr. Daniel Garino Jr. and Mr. Francisco B. Feliciano. Participants are from DENR Regional Office, CDD and SMD personnel, PASUs and GIS Specialists of the Protected Area Management Offices (PAMOs).

CALABARZON Regional Executive Director Nilo B. Tamoria made himself available during the said workshop wherein he conveyed and highlighted the importance of identifying the Management Zones in Protected Areas.###
