A Special Protected Areas Management Board (PAMB) Meeting of Upper Marikina River Basin Protected Landscape (UMRBPL) with Wawa JVCo was held at First Pacific Leadership Academy Antipolo City.

The meeting was attended by sixteen (16) PAMB Members, personnel from UMRBPL, and WaWa JVCo. The agendas proposed were SAPA amendment for additional area coverage for the Upper WAWA Dam Project, Comprehensive Development Management Plan (CDMP), PAMB clearance for the transfer of the Istampang Bato (Sacred Stone), Cemetery of the Dumagat Remontados, and PAMB intervention for the proposed relocation for the Maharlikan Group.

 The discussion started with additional areas and would take up 18.3   hectares which are subdivided into Portion A and Portion B with an area of 13.1 hectares for Upper Wawa Dam and the remaining 5.2 hectares are for spoils area and road construction located at Barangay Calawis, Antipolo City. The specific location was also shown through the projection from Google Earth. Various concerns, advice, and alternative solutions were addressed during the meeting before proceeding to the next plan. The meeting adjourned with an appropriate amendment, and clearances given to the said proponent.
