DENR PENRO Cavite, through its Manila Bay Site Coordinating Management Office (MBSCMO), participated in the joint inspection on the proposed docking and berthing area in Cañacao Bay at Sangley Point, Cavite City. A project of the Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) dubbed as a Marine Litter Clean-up Vessel under the Enhancement on Marine Litter Management (EMLM) project of the said agency.

The Local Government Unit of Cavite City and the project proponent shall enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the proper unloading, collection and transport of waste from the vessel.

Moreover, the Local Chief Executive of Cavite City shall assess and evaluate the proposed project as it is within their Area of Jurisdiction.
