
Calamba City, Laguna - The DENR CALABARZON Officials joined the department's lead in committing to support President Rodrigo Duterte's mandate and directive against graft and corruption. The officials executed a Sworn Manifesto and Oath of Honesty.
DENR CALABARZON’s Regional Executive Director Nilo B. Tamoria, together with Assistant Regional Directors for Technical Services, Management Services, and Special Concerns, and Provincial and Community Environment, and Natural Resources Officers, participated in the launching of the Department’s Committee on Anti-Corruption (CAC) on February 15, 2022, via Zoom Teleconferencing. The activity is a show of support to the Presidential Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC) that signifies full cooperation on the intensified fight against graft and corruption.
The Officials sworn to the following: free themselves from corrupt activities, combat corruption in their own offices, cooperate with the Government and other agencies in combating corruption, remain loyal to the Constitution and oaths of office, and inform the President, through PACC and DENR’s Anti-Corruption Committee, of all corrupt activities.
Moreover, DENR CALABARZON has issued the Regional Special Order No. 2022-024 dated January 26, 2022 regarding the reconstitution of the DENR IV-A (CALABARZON) Committee in Anti-Corruption. The committee is tasked to monitor and report corruption-related cases in the Region, and validates information from other sources.
