Municipality of Malvar represented by Hon. Mayor Cristeta Cuevas-Reyes and DENR thru the DENR CENRO Lipa represented by OIC Januel R. Peras together with OIC PENR Officer Noel M. Recillo agreed and entered into a Memorandum of Partnership Agreement (MOPA) for the implementation of Rapid Land Tenure Appraisal (RLTA) and Land Titling in the municipality.

Both parties agreed to be bound in partnership towards a common goal of providing efficient land-related services to the people.

Also present in the MOPA signing are PENRO Batangas OIC Chief TSD Allan Willard Estillore, Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Officer Editha Eusebio, Municipal Assessor Edna Briones, and other DENR CENRO Lipa and LGU staff.
