CENRO Lipa through the Conservation and Development Section conducted a Communication, Education and Public Awareness (CEPA) on April 23, 2021 at the Tourism Bldg. at Anilao, Mabini, Batangas in line with the celebration of the International Earth Day with the theme: Doing Our Fair Share to Restore the Earth and in promotion of the activities and programs under the Green Fins.

Topics discussed during the said CEPA were as follows: importance and objective of the celebration, definition, classification and effects of marine debris, importance of data form and recording and the activities and programs under the Green Fins.

Moreover, certificates and IEC materials in the form of cloth face masks with printed Green Fins campaign taglines/ messages- “Save our Reefs” and “I Dive for Change” were given to the participants of the said activity.
