DENR CENRO Catanauan joins the celebration of Earth Day 2021

LOOK: DENR-CENRO Catanauan, Quezon participates in the celebration of 𝐄𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐚𝐲 facilitated by the Faculty of Bondoc Peninsula Agricultural High School (BPAHS) in partnership with the LGU thru the MENRO of Mulanay, Quezon, Ma'am Majo Tadeja held at Brgy. Cambuga, Mulanay, Quezon.

Fruit bearing trees being planted at the planting site were Calamansi and Mango. The plantation site is to be adopted by the school of BPAHS for tree growing activity including maintenance and protection of the planted seedlings.

Earth Day is celebrated annually with this year's theme "𝑅𝐸𝑆𝑇𝑂𝑅𝐸 𝑂𝑈𝑅 𝐸𝐴𝑅𝑇𝐻". It is celebrated to acknowledge climate change and spread awareness about the same all around the world. This day is an opportunity to bring millions to connect and discuss problems like pollution, deforestation and more.
