CENRO Calaca and the Sangguniang Bayan of Laurel, Batangas had their initial meeting last February 8, 2021 re: land titling program of DENR thru Rapid Land Tenure Appraisal (RLTA)

Present in the said meeting were: CENRO Isagani Amatorio, RPS Chief Engr. Rosalia Balicanta, Laurel Vice Mayor Rachelle Ogalinola, SB members, Assessor, and MPDC.

CENRO Calaca is still accepting applications for Residential Free Patent pursuant to RA 10023. Individuals with houses on untitled lots (within Sta. Teresita, San Luis, Taal, Lemery, Agoncillo, San Nicolas, Laurel, Calaca, Balayan, Tuy, Nasugbu, Lian, Calatagan) may coordinate with the Office and present documents pertaining to their residential land i.e. approved survey plan and proof of claim to the land like tax declaration, deed of sale, etc., for initial verification. Our Office will be glad to guide you in the process of having your residential land titled.
