Rizal Province - Manila Bay Site Coordinating Office through its hired River Rangers (RRs) initiated a ''Search for Best Ecological Garden per priority rivers in the province''. The activity runs from September to December 2020 and participated by RRs from Angono, Baras, Binangonan, Taytay and Teresa.

They aimed to make recycled materials out from the wastes they had collected from the rivers they had cleaned. Each Team Leaders unleased their creativity and resourcefulness to make something from scratch to snatch-y looking gardens.

Today, a panel of judges visits each garden to assess and evaluate according to the criteria: Visual Appeal and Impact (20%), Design (20%), Plant Variety and Health (30%), Environmental Stewardship (30%) with a total of 100%.

The results will be announce on Monday, December 14, 2020 during the first day of seminar for Disaster Risk Management of all River Rangers of Rizal.
