Forest Ranger Joseph Gil Yabes, together with OIC, CENRO Joselito D. Barros and Monitoring and Enforcement Section Chief, Liezl E. De Mesa attended the Awarding Ceremony for Forest Rangers of DENR-PENRO Quezon at PrimaBella Resort and Event Place, Pleasantville Subdivision, Ilayang Iyam, Lucena City.

Mr. Yabes was selected as the Outstanding Forest Ranger of CENRO Catanauan, Quezon because of his dedication, perseverance and hard works as frontliner for the conservation and protection of our environment and natural resources.
