In line with the upcoming ''World Consumer's Right Day'' on March 15, one of DTI Region 4A's activity is a competition for Best Urban Ecological Garden among their primary cooperatives and one of their chosen model is the DENR PENRO Rizal Ecological Garden. The thirty-three (33) participants are from Rizal Federation of Cooperatives located at Brgy. Calumpang, Binangonan, Rizal who visits the PENRO Ecological Garden this Tuesday, February 18, 2020. The tour was led by PEM Officer Ignacia A. Balicas in which she demonstrate and briefly discussed every detail of each garden from waste segregation, recycling to waste diversion.
