Tayabas, Quezon - CENRO Tayabas facilitated a tree planting activity in Brgy. Silangang Malicboy, Pagbilao, Quezon within Quezon Protected Landscape (QPL) on September 21, 2019. The activity was done as part of their commitment to promote environmental care and protection as they mentioned that they are one of the many contributors on producing hazardous and infectious wastes. A total of 600 seedlings of Bignai-kalabau (Antidesma pleuricum) were planted in the said area. It was attended by Mt. Carmel Diocesan General Hospital, Leon Guinto Memorial College and Riders Club Lucena.
