Environment Secretary Gina Lopez vows to strengthen civil society participation in environmental governance, guided by the principle of the common good during the Public Forum on the Environmental Policy Agenda for the Duterte Administration and the 17th Congress held Friday (July 29) at the Microtel UP Technohub in Quezon City.
