Application for Muyong Resource Permit

 

Requirements

1. Filled-out Online Application Form or Letter of Application
2. Certification from the Barangay Captain, indicating that the applicant is a resident of the area and practices the traditional Muyong conservation technique
3. Management and Development Plan containing:
   1. Muyong Location & Size, Number of Plant/Tree species within the area
   2. Volume of the Raw Material requirement of livelihood project (for carving, handicraft, manufacturing, etc.)
