CARMONA, Cavite -- The signing of Memorandum of Partnership Agreement (MOPA) for the full implementation of Rapid Land Tenure Appraisal (RLTA), between DENR CALABARZON and the Local Government Unit of Carmona, has been undertaken last September 30, 2019 at the Covered Court of Carmona Municipal Hall. The MOPA aims to expedite the issuance of land patents in the Municipality.

Ruth Unlayao, held last September 23, 2019 at the Carmona Community Center. The process and requirements for land titling application was presented during the orientation.

The LGU of Carmona will hold a 5-day free patent drive from November 25 to the 29th, 2019. This will be in preparation for the Handog Titulo Program which will be scheduled tentatively next year.  PENRO Cavite is currently working with the LGUs of Silang and Magallanes for the implementation of the RLTA.

DENR CALABARZON Regional Executive Director Gilbert C. Gonzales is encouraging Local Governments to partner with the agency in promoting the RLTA. LGUs may coordinate with the Region’s various Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Offices regarding this partnership.
