DENR CENRO Calaca conducts cascading activity on the implementation of Rapid Land Tenure Appraisal (RLTA) in the Municipality of Sta. Teresita Batangas.

RLTA is a program designed to systemically assess and profile a city or municipality in terms of land status, subdivision, ownership, and other relevant indicators which aims to give an actual figure of how many lots are readily available and workable for titling.

Present in the said activity are Chief RPS Rosalia Balicanta, OIC Chief TSD Allan Willard Estillore, Hon. Mayor Norberto Segunial Jr., and other DENR and LGU staff.

Precautionary measures and safety protocols against COVID-19 threat were properly practiced and observed during the activity.
