In observance of the celebration of Month of the Ocean 2021 with a theme “The Science We Need for the Ocean We Want", PENRO Cavite thru its Coastal and Marine Management Unit in collaboration with professional and volunteer divers, LGU Ternate, PCG Ternate and Caylabne Bay Resort Management, installed four (4) marker buoys encompassing a length of 508.466 Meters on May 17-18, 2021. These buoys will serve as a marker for the boundaries of the Core Zone of Ternate Marine Park. Likewise, two (2) Artificial Reefs were also installed.

During the said activity, professional and volunteer divers also observed a 160.132 square meters’ coral garden within the Core-Zone of TMP. Truly a treasure that each Caviteños must protect and conserve in the pursuit of sustainability by practicing waste segregation and participation in various clean-up activities.
